What happens if my Parcel is damaged in transit?Updated 2 years ago
If a parcel is damaged we are normally notified by Australia Post. Once our Beer Delivery Experts are notified we then look to remedy the issue as soon as possible. On some occasions we do not receive immediate notification from Australia Post so always recommend customers let us know if they are made aware that a parcel has been damaged. As soon as we are aware of damage to a parcel we look to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
