My gift certificate won't work, what can I do?Updated 2 years ago

The three most likely issues are the following:
1. You may be entering zeros 0 as O, and vice versa. Please double check the code, we recommend you copy and paste the code if you have the gift certificate in digital format.
2. Ensure you are entering the gift certificate in the Gift Certificate field, not the voucher code field.
3. The gift certificate has expired or has already been used.
