I ordered before 4pm why has my order not shipped yet?Updated 2 years ago

We have a daily pickup at 4pm each weekday, however, this does not guarantee same day dispatch for all orders. We allow 1 business day for processing and dispatching online orders. As a general rule of thumb if your order is placed by 9am on a weekday it will most likely be dispatched same day (peak times may impact this and your order may be dispatched next business day).
