Shipping Times
All orders are shipped within 1 business day (except for club orders which are shipped in the first week of the following month of order). We are unable to hold orders for delivery on a specific date.
You will receive tracking details as soon as your order has shipped. If you have not received an order within 10 working days (except club membership orders), please notify us by email at: [email protected].
We use Australia Post as our main courier partner. Average delivery times for parcels from time of dispatch (orders are dispatched within 1 business day of the order being placed) are below, however please note at peak times these maybe extended by Australia Post:
- Sydney / ACT : 1 - 2 business days
- NSW other than Sydney: 2 - 3 business days
- Melbourne: 2 - 3 business days
- VIC other than Melbourne: 2 - 3 business days
- South East QLD: 2 - 3 business days
- QLD other than South East: 2 - 4 business days
- Adelaide: 2 - 3 business days
- SA other than Adelaide: 3 - 4 business days
- Perth: 4 - 6 business days
- WA other than Perth: 5 - 7 business days
- NT: 5 - 7 business days
- Tasmania: 5 - 7 business days
Note these are approximations based on thousands of parcels that we send and 98% of parcels are delivered within these timeframes.
