Can you deliver to a hotel, office or hospital?Updated 2 years ago

We use Australia Post for our deliveries meaning we can reach any address that is listed with them. Please note for business, hotel, hopsital etc addresses you will need to provide all the required detail to ensure they parcel can be delivered. This includes, but is not limited to business name, recipients name, level, room number, building, division, ward etc.

Should a parcel not have the correct address provided we are not liable for the non delivery of a parcel. Also please note that large buildings or businesses can use mail rooms or have automatic redirects in place whereby all mail addressed to a street address is redirected to a PO Box which is then collected by a representative of that organisation.
