Can I ask that a parcel be left unattended?Updated 2 years ago
Yes, during the online checkout you can provide instructions for the parcel to be left in a safe place should no one be home. Please note this is solely at your own risk as we are unable to ascertain if the location is a safe place to leave a parcel unattended. By default Australia Post require a signature on delivery and if no one is home they will leave a calling card and the parcel can be collected from the local Post Office. The recipient then has up to 14 days to collect this parcel before it is send back to us.
